The Transloc app for SCT bus/Suffolk County, NY has been showing 'no active route within 1 mi' message all over Suffolk County for weeks now. Prior to this, it only displayed about half of the routes. For example, the app would show the northbound bus but not the southbound bus on the same route.

How to fix TransLoc Rider app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the TransLoc Rider app on iPhone
Update TransLoc Rider app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall TransLoc Rider iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix TransLoc Rider on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve TransLoc Rider network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

TransLoc Rider Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix TransLoc Rider not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the TransLoc Rider App
1. On android, goto Settings » TransLoc Rider » click [Force Stop]

Update TransLoc Rider to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TransLoc Rider App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » TransLoc Rider » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart TransLoc Rider.

Fix TransLoc Rider unable to contact server/ TransLoc Rider internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click TransLoc Rider » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto TransLoc Rider » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TransLoc Rider
