I have been unable to pay my 2023 maintenance fees on-line with a CC for the past 3 days. I go to the pay fees page and fill in the boxes for the amounts but then I get several responses: 1) nothing happens - no CC info box comes up, or 2) the CC boxes come up - I fill them in and hit the "pay" button and nothing happens and 3) sometimes the wrong amount comes up in the CC info boxes (doesnt max the fees).

The loan payment part of the MVCI site is not functioning. The link on the page to the loan payment center does not work and the link in the "Account" menu starts by trying to connect to the loan payment center but then changes and logs you off requesting that you log in again, which, when you try, results with logging you off.

Less than half of the clickable functions on the website work. For the functions that do work, part of the time they give you a "Fatal Error". Refresh and it might work and might not. Very unreliable. Also running extremely slow. Very disappointing.

Hi, our Username is KeithandBrenda and Primary Owner is Dr. Keith Robinson. I have been trying to login to our account to use our 2023 membership. Unfortunately, it keeps saying my password is wrong. I tried to reset it. I got to the "reset Password" page, but it wouldn't let me click on the "password" button an enter our username. The curser would come up to type username, but wouldn't type. I tried clicking "Enter" thinking maybe I just couldn't see it. It would say "Enter Username" but still wouldn't let me type. After many tries I finally got the reset password button to illuminate, but still not able to type the Username. Please help me resolve this issue ASAP. Thanks! Brenda Robinson

There are several issues with the website: the list of resorts doesn't come up, it just spins; the links to explore tours don't work at all. Chat is useless; contacting someone they said the links work on their side. I would think they would if they are connected at corporate. This all worked before they started to post the videos about what's coming with Abound. Ugh.

worst website ever, Cannot login for weeks now, Calling a joke as wait times are ridiculous. I won't be paying anymore maintenance bills done with MVC. Did MVC go out of business and stick it to all owners ???

Trying to login & yes correct user & password - app just spins & spins. Wifi strong.
- App is slow, not responsive and is not user friendly.
- Link in the section asking for feedback is dead.
- You still have to go to the MVC website to book your vacation club reservation.
