Hello, i can’t log on into the ios app. It doesn’t allow me , it can’t accept my username and password which i use to log on via browser.

Share and options price on IBKR mobile is not updated. It is ok on Trade Workstation.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent IBKR app issues:

Force Stop the IBKR App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click IBKR app. » click "Force Stop".

Update IBKR to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear IBKR App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "IBKR app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch IBKR.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click IBKR » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got IBKR » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
