The Eurostar app keeps crashing whenever I open it. I have deleted and reinstalled the app a number of times but same results. On an IPHONE 13 - IOS 16.5

App keeps crashing removed updated but still crashing :(
Try to book Eurostar. Get to payment and then find message saying 'Contacting your bank. May take up to 2 minutes. If nothing happens, suggest inputing card details again'. Did that and got same result. Suspect they are sending message to old phone number even though I have input new mobile phone number. Sent help message to Eurostar and have had no reply after 4 hours.
My train was cancelled because of the rail strike and I cannot confirm my exchange booking. The screen "Almost there, only a few seconds left" just whirrs for hours. I need book a connection but can't until the time of this train is confirmed. What a nightmare. Yesterday morning (10/8/22) I sent a message to Eurostar via their message form on their contact page but so far they have not responded.
The Eurostar train app crashes when we try to book trains. It seems to do that if I click on club Eurostar. Thanks for your help
June 19th 2022: I have 4 vouchers valid till 30 June. The booking engine will not accept them. The numbers are from the emails re vouchers Eurostar sent. Is anyone else having this problem?
Your app does not work It s a shame Your calls never answered Im going to medias this We all have enough Just because you are the privilege trains company between uk and abroad! The prices of trains are triple too expensive and always dirty inside! Staff at gates is rude Never enough baskets for the check ect You don’t even check properly Seen the customs guy on his phone while luggages where passing the scan….
I keep asking for a reset for my password and nothing g is being sent…( I’ve checked junk etc. )
My app on iPhone 6s is the most recent version and continuously instructs that it cannot retrieve my ticket to be shown on the app. I have tried deleting and re-stalling the app but still no luck please advise
