The app is not letting me sign on - says “500 internal server error”. I have restarted phone and the app and it always says the same thing.

To resolve Metro-North Train Time network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Metro-North Train Time App
1. On android, goto Settings » Metro-North Train Time » click [Force Stop]

Clear Metro-North Train Time App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Metro-North Train Time » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Metro-North Train Time.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Metro-North Train Time » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Metro-North Train Time » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Metro-North Train Time
