It is pathetic that Holland America's IT Department updates the version of the Navigator app and removes the ability to download the older version. For Android the app REQUIRES Android 10 or, 11. What about those of us with Android 9 and no way to update the firmware? Don't any of the CHILDREN working for HAL's IT not realize that the demographics of the Holland America client is not one of running out and having to have the 'latest-and-greatest' electronics gadget nonsense? ... Can the older version of the app be made available?

My wife has a samsung S8+ phone . We need to download the holland america navigator app . We get a message that the app isnt compatible with her phone. Dont really want to purchase another phone just to get one app sorted . Do you have a way of getting around this please. regards craig

Navigator works fine on iPhone, but I can’t get wi fi access to go online and instead use my laptop computer for vital work deadlines. Also, by turning off the laptop VPN settings, my pdf documents freeze, even when accessed offline. Eurodam staff is baffled, offers no solution!

Booking number XQ4PXD. Loaded app on Samsung Galaxy A12 and an Apple Ipad Mini. The itinerary is not correct on either one. Deleted app and reloaded, still same issue. App is loaded in my husband's device and is working fine.

My LG G6 phone won't allow me to download the HA Navigator app. It says 'this app won't work for your device', yet I'm on WiFi, I've had no trouble downloading other apps, & I have enough storage space on the phone. Any suggestions? It downloaded correctly on my Samsung Android tablet, but I want to use this LG phone onboard.

I am fully checked in on line. I have been given a boarding pass with date and time to board ship on line download. You said that it then would go to the navigator and give me a digital ticket for faster boarding. Everything works on the navigator except when I click on Boarding pass says invalid date and time . Has 12am oct8 my downloaded pass says 1:20 pm. I tried reinstalling, clearing cache and reboot. so maybe you never sent checkin to navigator . please help.

I cannot log into the Navigator app. Error message is “there was an error with login, please try again. (Xxxxxxxx). Tried deleting the app and reinstall, not working. Tried changing the password, not working either. Tried restarting my iPhone, still not working. Tried on different days, no go. Tried contacting Navigator Support via email, got a generic acknowledgement back saying “you will receive a response within 24 hr hours.” It is now over 6 days! ' So I know the email account and password I put in is correct. The app and/or the server is not letting me login. I've tried uninstall and reinstall the app. I've wasted half a day of my life messing with this. This is ver frustrating. Unable to log in. Kee

I am unable to get into inbox to retrieve the photos that I bought 9/8/22 on the cruise. The page is white and just continues to try to upload with no success. I paid for the photos, and this is very frustrating that I cannot get them.

I cannot log in using the Navigator app. I used the same email account and password, I was able to log in on the desktop. I tried changing the password, no go. The error I'm getting is 'There was an error with login, please try again. (xxxxxxxx). I pressed the 'Login' button, the error code would change but no joy. I tried with an incorrect password, I got 'Your Email/Member Number and/or password does not match our record. Please try again. (xxxxxxxx)' So I know the email account and password I put in is correct. The app and/or the server is not letting me login. I've tried uninstall and reinstall the app. I've wasted half a day of my life messing with this. This is ver frustrating.

On the Home Screen of my Holland America Navigator App. This message is saying: Your journey starts in 0 days 2 hours 31 minutes But my departure date is 25 June 2022 at 4:30pm and my check in time was 1:40pm When I clicked on Boarding Pass. I got message saying: YOUR CHECK-IN* INVALID DATETIME.

I tried to book an excursion on my app. The choices appeared, I selected one, and the little blue circle just kept spinning. I did go to the Holland America site and have email confirmation that the excursion is booked (although not through Navigator). How can I get the excursion to appear on my Navigator "My Itinerary"?

Navigator app does not work. I get a blank white screen. Have tried hard restart but it makes no difference.
