    Watch the dates

    I recently booked a ticket and selected a date for travel in my search....it does not automatically take you to the correct date in the results list and you might accidentally book on the wrong date if you don’t change it. And unless you booked a changeable fare you’ll be stuck with a change fee to fix it. 😂 that’s what happened to me. There ought to be a 24 hr change option...or even a 1hr change option since I discovered right away but only way to correct was a change fee. Otherwise this app is really nice and convenient option for ticket details and use while on the train.

    Mobile app error

    I have an issue with switching tickets to August 9-10 versus August 8-9. The system changed the date and i didn’t notice. Customer service has not be forthcoming. I contacted them several via Email and the online application. Then they provided me with an international number to call them. What a pain! However i spoke to online chat who provided US customer service number and after pleading my case they agreed to fix the application error. Four stars! Had to update my prior review. Thanks Eurostar.

    Excellent app giving all the required information for Eurostar services in one place

    Eurostar app for mobile phones is really a big help for the Eurostar customers. Everything including the travel tickets, the seat selection, as well as other amenities on the trains, are at the customers’ fingertips. No need to carry hardcopies of the tickets or other related information.

    Bug not fixed, resulted in $79 fee

    Was surprised to see other reviews about being charged a change fee after a bug in the app resulted in people’s tickets being booked for the day prior. The same thing just happened to me and support was unwilling to acknowledge the problem nor return the fee. I’m disputing but everyone I’ve reached says that they have no discretion over fees that may have resulted from an app malfunction. Apple should remove this app from the store until it is fixed and no longer misleading consumers, or at least Eurostar provides service to remediate the app error

    Date Error Beware

    When making a booking and selecting your dates, once the fare selection screen displays, it displays one day earlier than what you entered and you can easily book the wrong day/date unless changing the date again in the date bar above on the fare selection screen. This happens when booking from USA - not sure if it happens when making the booking from Europe. Beware and double check. Eurostar please fix. App otherwise is very well done.

    Solid, simple and functional

    Since I purchased my tickets from London to Paris, the app has been simple but powerful enough to always show the tickets consistently and quickly. Very well designed and rock solid performance.

    Error Messages

    I love the EuroStar, it’s one of the best ways to travel around Europe. That being said..... their website and app seem to always be experiencing errors. I’ve tried several times to book tickets to Paris from London in Sept. Every time I get an error on the app and website. It’s frustrating when trying to book travel that has to be on certain dates because of pre booked accommodations.

    Easy to book and use

    I have used the app several times to find and book train tickets. It has been quite easy to do and the tickets pop up in the app and are easily added to my Apple Wallet.

    Not able to scan tickets in App

    i purchased from Eurostar a ticket direct from Rotterdam to London..which includes riding on the Thalys first to Brussels .yet a scannable ticket does NOT appear in the app ;: BEWARE:: a combination ticket will not show in the app ..nor are Wallet tickets possible in Holland or Belgium ...and you cannot print your ticket at the station if you paid with Apple Pay or any other virtual payment system....this app is a bit useless for modern day travelers...needs to be improved

    Wrong Date!!

    Users beware: When you select a date for your trip, the app erroneously offers a selection of trains one day earlier than you intend to travel. If you don't manually correct the day on the train selection screen, you'll wind up getting booked on the wrong day. That's what happened to me and it cost a fortune to switch the tickets to the proper day. Apple should remove this app from the store until the problem is fixed.

    Excellent tool for booking train travel

    Great way to book Eurostar. Everything is pretty clear except seat selection - booked business class ticket but it is giving me coach seats to select? Confusing, but still was good to use and I will continue to use it for my travels.

    Do not provide enough information. Garbage service. Grossly overpriced

    I’ve had a really negative experience with Eurostar. I tried to book a Standard Premium seat reservation, but got an error. I was told I could not book that with my Eurail second class pass. Nowhere was it specified that this was the case; in fact, they offered me to upgrade from the Standard res! Deceptive. I changed plans and STILL could not book my reservation. As a solo traveler, if I cannot book on mobile, Eurostar’s service is absolutely useless and shameful. I’m extremely disappointed in these operators. Further, I’ve already ridden on a Eurostar train two days ago and I felt it was pretentious, overpriced, and a hassle. PLAN IN ADVANCE AND BUY AN AIRPLANE TICKET TO THE UK INSTEAD.

    How do I get ticket on my phone?

    The app tells me to go through the email. Email tells me to go through the app. Please someone tell me how to load to my apple wallet. Almost missed my train. Online support was not existent.

    Quick & easy

    From iPhone booked round trip; was easy to select based on price & schedule. Seats secured for me automatically - nice touch! This will be my first ride on EuroStar & am very much looking forward to it!
