My Stocard was blank for 2 days, came back and now gone again HELP!

Hi. Have been using the great app for years. Now it keeps crashing. If I reset my phone in settings, will I lose all the card info? What’s going on with the app? Appreciate your help. Lina
Stocard app on my iPhone turned pink and keeps crashing. Unable to use.
Stocard was woking fine on Apple watch, but now the bar codes are half their size and scanners dont read it anymore. What is the fix? Cheers, Russell
Stocard is installed on my Apple Watch ultra. It has been running ok for the last 8 weeks. But now (yesterday)there has been a change. Stocard fills only half the display of the watch while showing the barcode. The barcode readers of most organisations do NOT accept or does NOT recognise this halfscreen barcode. The app does show the complete barcode but it fills only half the screen of the watch, while before it filled the complete screen of the watch. The app is now completely worthless. Please solve this problem.

Boots and M & S not accepting Stocard
I can no longer open Stocard on my iPhone - I threw away my cards and don’t know how to retrieve the App. What do I do??
Stocard complications are no longer available as an option on my Apple Watch. I was having no problem with this until I bought a new phone and paired it with my watch. I’ve reinstalled the app onto my watch since the pairing but it’s one of the many apps where the complication options seem to have disappeared.
My Stocard App won’t open. Very frustrating as cannot access a dozen cards which I use regularly. Tried rebooting phone, downloading latest IOS, tried opening app via App Store, kept finger on app and selected add a new card now and news & offers. All to no avail, any assistance would be greatly appreciated

Tried opening Stocard card says it’s preparing your cards, I can open on my iPad, I just changed phones so not sure why is preparing your cards
Keeps updating data. Cleares cache and data. What next? Thanks

Opened my Stocard card account, saw my cards, then they all disappeared and can’t open my account now. No help from customer service, just auto response days ago.
