The app doesn't show my booking on phone so can't get mobile ticket. All works on laptop. I've tried uninstalling app but nothing is changing. I'm so annoyed
My tours do not show up on my app
I am not able to log in through the app, but I can through my laptop. Which is a shame because I would like to take advantage of the app 10% off promo. If you guys can resolve this issue with the app it would be apricated so I can continue to plan my anniversary trip!

I have tried eight times to book a tour on my Viator app. Is it because numerous individuals are booking to obtain the 10% discount??? I get all the info input but when I select BOOK NOW...nothing happens...the screen freezes whether I select Pay Pal or input my Visa info for payment...same results. Very frustrating.
On my Apple iPhone I can't seem to confirm any bookings. EVER!!! I need help I can't keep on running home to my PC to confirm a booking
My credit card keeps getting rejected when I attempted to book 2 tours. I phoned my bank and they said that the problem is with Viator and that my credit card is OK
