I made an account but now I can't get into it. It says either my email or password is invalid. When I select I need help with ... Show more my account, it takes me to the create account page. When I try that, it says the email is already in use so I have to use a different email. I know my own email address and the password I made for RXlocal. I have repeatedly checked for mistakes or typos; there's no error there. I really need access to my pharmacy through RXlocal. How can I get into my account?

I have RXLOCAL. How can I delete old messages both sent and received. Every message back to January2022 is still in file.

This app was good now it's crap I can't refill any of my prescriptions because when I go to refill all of these old discontinued... Show more prescriptions come up and not the ones I need. It shows them in my health under medications but when I try to refill 14 medications that I never even had filled at kodocare come up. I used to love this app now it's just junk and my pharmacy has contacted RxLocal and they said they would work on it that was 4 months ago

I have my username and password and it keeps saying invalid. Tried to reset my password amd it won't let me. Everything was fine... App crashes as soon as it opens. I have uninstalled/reinstalled but still crashing. Needs to be fixed!
