This app is terrible.

How can I delete old messages? Some go back nearly two years (when I first used the app?) Cannot find any way on the IPhone app nor the patient portal.

Trying to set up account and it is telling me my cell number does not match. please need help!

My Email changed and the app is still under my old one. whenever I try to change my password the link goes to my old email. How do I change my email to the current one?

I made an account but now I can't get into it. It says either my email or password is invalid. When I select I need help with my account, it takes me to the create account page. When I try that, it says the email is already in use so I have to use a different email. I know my own email address and the password I made for RXlocal. I have repeatedly checked for mistakes or typos; there's no error there. I really need access to my pharmacy through RXlocal. How can I get into my account?

I have RXLOCAL. How can I delete old messages both sent and received. Every message back to January2022 is still in file.

This app was good now it's crap I can't refill any of my prescriptions because when I go to refill all of these old discontinued prescriptions come up and not the ones I need. It shows them in my health under medications but when I try to refill 14 medications that I never even had filled at kodocare come up. I used to love this app now it's just junk and my pharmacy has contacted RxLocal and they said they would work on it that was 4 months ago

I have my username and password and it keeps saying invalid. Tried to reset my password amd it won't let me. Everything was fine and worked until I tried to add my son as a patient today. His name doesn't even show for me to delete either. I need to get logged back in as this is how I request my prescriptions

When I enter my information on the website it doesn't send the 6 digit code to my phone number which is (815)867-3465 and my email address is gs225890@redacted please fix asap thank you

App crashes as soon as it opens. I have uninstalled/reinstalled but still crashing. Needs to be fixed!

RX Local App crashes immediately on my iPhone when opened. I deleted and reinstalled and same thing happened again. I’ve also tried rebooting my phone and still have same problem. Urgent to get this fixed ASAP.
