- The anatomy and physiology portion of the app is not helpful for the HESI, as the questions are not formed like they are on the real test and the information is much more specific than what is on the app.

- The bio and chem sections of the app are not an indication of what would be on the HESI, as one user missed the bio section by 3 points despite consistently scoring in the 90s on the app.

How to fix HESI app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the HESI app on iPhone
Update HESI app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall HESI iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix HESI on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve HESI network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

HESI Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix HESI not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the HESI App
1. On android, goto Settings » HESI » click [Force Stop]

Update HESI to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear HESI App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » HESI » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart HESI.

Fix HESI unable to contact server/ HESI internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click HESI » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto HESI » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch HESI
