Clover only works periodically. Went to my favorite coffee shop this morning and I did not get any points. Last points I earned was on March 3rd.

Online order app keeps crashing. Doesn’t open at all.

I have installed a Clover 2 go App. In the search box if I scan a barcode number it says “No Results Found”. If I type a title of an item in the search box it works to find it. Is there a setting to correct this? I have a big event this Saturday and it would be very helpful if the scanned barcodes would work.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Clover app issues:

Force Stop the Clover App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Clover app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Clover to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Clover App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Clover app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Clover.

Fix Clover unable to contact server/ Clover internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Clover » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Clover » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Clover on android.
