Did not get points yet my name showed on receipt and phone number was entered.
Clover only works periodically. Went to my favorite coffee shop this morning and I did not get any points. Last points I earned was on March 3rd.
Our Clover system is not working is in limited mode? is there and outage ?
Online order app keeps crashing. Doesn’t open at all.
I have installed a Clover 2 go App. In the search box if I scan a barcode number it says “No Results Found”. If I type a title of an item in the search box it works to find it. Is there a setting to correct this? I have a big event this Saturday and it would be very helpful if the scanned barcodes would work.
