I can not get into my account and downloading the app is a joke it doesn’t work on iphone . I cannot pay my bill. Unblock my account page if you want me to make my payments otherwise so long.
I have tried for three days to log on to my account and the web site tells me the site is down, that FINGERHUT is having web site problems. I can not log into my account or pay my bill, if you want to ignore this I will stop at once making payments, I have sent a certified letter to your corp offices. This is a mess and you will loose customers. I have reported this to FCC , I am able to log into all my account, except Finger hut. You need do something t once, or I will no longer pay my bill, If you think I am joking try me, This is asinine for a business, Robert Cochrane
Use the fingerhut app from you android phone. It works just fine and you can order and pay your bill.

I can’t login to my account from the app or the browser and my bill is due so I’m going to get late charges or it’s going to look like my payments are late on my credit report. Is there away to contact them to make sure I’m not ending up with late charges.
