Not enough functionality in CitibankUAE. Limited abilities
There is not even an option to pay my monthly card bill from Citi using CitibankUAE! There’s not even a way to contact the bank other than calling. Absolutely a waste of time as all I can do is see my balance
This is a pretty useless app with no straightforward way to make a credit card payment. There is all sorts of useless capabilities on CitibankUAE though. Not to mention, their customer service is absurd.
Bad App, slow on login, timeout on face detection, bad design, completely not friendly, this bank considered to be amongst the elite banks world wide.. they carry the worse FinTech ever, worse app and worse service ever. I don’t recommend you bank with Citi at all.
Cant do anything right in CitibankUAE. Totally inefficient and confusing. Not user friendly at all. Basically a useless waste of time!
App doesn't load properly when on LTE network. Why can't you make CitibankUAE like the US app?? .... OUTDATED!!
CitibankUAE is not as convenient as we expect. Login always failed even for several times I change the password. Consuming time to get in, supposed this not to be hassle but it was! Hopefully the concern team will look unto it and improve CitibankUAE for customer satisfactory. And also, calling the 24hours banking is really hard. How many times I tried to dial, still operators are busy and they will say to call back but no one call me back. Please please try to do something on this matter. Thank you!
The ‘My Transactions’ content does not load properly. It skips transaction dates at random, and never the same transaction dates. Every time I open CitibankUAE , different transactions dates are missing, and I’m not talking about a couple or few dates, but weeks of transactions not showing.
CitibankUAE is simple to use, but still need a lot of improvement, it is still not compatible with the new iPhone generation (X), takes ages to load a transaction and its features do not work properly (usually error in loading). I Guess the marketing team are not as productive as the ones in the US, or they really don't care!
If I have chosen to pay my credit card why do you also have to ask me for the purpose of payment once I say how much?
There is something wrong with CitibankUAE. I have activated the fingerprint access to bypass the login with PW many times but everytime i log out and try to log in again the next day it resets the login to ask to enter password and does not accept the fingerprint/ touch id. I have to go and enable the touch Id again. This is now a daily occurrence. It has been happening ever since i updated CitibankUAE recently.
The new app looks nicer than before, but it also introduced an annoying specific bug that prevents me from transferring funds at all. The password prompt for the confirmation of the transfer has a character limit of 15 characters, so if you have a longer password, forget about using your app to transfer funds because it’s pretty much impossible!
CitibankUAE has come a long way since it was first launched... friendly and easy to use unlike other banking apps I have....
It’s easy to understand, navigate and finish some banking transactions in a couple of minutes.
The most messy app i have ever seen the most common service is not existing and many cookies comes up , with no clear option to select and there is no live chat to assist , really uncomfortable App comparing with the others.

Unable to load beneficiaries or make transfers from CitibankUAE .
Looks good but extremely slow & lots of bugs. After processing transfers the amount is debited however the summary is never displayed. Urgent fix needed
