There is not even an option to pay my monthly card bill from Citi using this app! There’s not even a way to contact the bank other than calling. Absolutely a waste of time as all I can do is see my balance
No option to make a credit card payment

This is a pretty useless app with no straightforward way to make a credit card payment. There is all sorts of useless capabilities on the app though. Not to mention, their customer service is absurd.
Bad App

Bad App, slow on login, timeout on face detection, bad design, completely not friendly, this bank considered to be amongst the elite banks world wide.. they carry the worse FinTech ever, worse app and worse service ever. I don’t recommend you bank with Citi at all.
