Mashreq UAE Reviews

The application has descent functionality however 1) performance needs to be improved (it’s slow) 2) user experience needs improvement. MashreqUAE requires simplification ....it’s over engineering ....the UX team need to keep the client in mind when designing.3) MashreqUAE keeps on giving me ‘we are sorry there seems to be an error in your request....’ every week after enabling the Face ID.

As the digital bank award winner I would expect much more, especially when compared with other banks’ mobile apps. (EmiratesNBD, ADIB)

I regularly use online banking apps of 4 banks in UAE and 4 other banks in Pakistan, USA, and Canada. snapp is, by far, the best online banking app I’ve used.

Full disclosure: I’m a Mashreq employee. But I still maintain, snapp is awesome.

After the new update, I I can no longer add payment reference/note to beneficiary when I make international wire transfers, the field is missing, please fix this ASAP as it causes payments getting delayed, not credited or go missing! Thanks!

I use MashreqUAE on everyday transactions, nice app but the top notch portion on left and right doesn’t work on my previous iPhone X and the current New XR. Please fix this as the back menu resides on left top corner

Great app usefull all bank transactions and enquiry. I recommend to all mashreq account holders

Total failure in the money transfer issue with MashreqUAE update. The waiting time for taking ur complain call is about 45 mnts at least.. no body answers your complain.. previously the service wasnt bad. You shld find a solution for such deterioration..

I’m using IPhone for MashreqUAE. Sometimes it doesn’t show any products in the list as no cards, no account, no loans. Doesn’t respond to transactions or statements. Need to improve a lot.

No hassle while getting a cash advance as you can do it online at a reasonable interest

The application is not opening while am aboard, it used to work but after the update it doesn’t work.
Please fix this soon

I enter my log in details but the log in button remains gray. I have installed and uninstalled on multiple devices. When I log in on the website everything works.

Stop sending app notifications and app offers...you’re a bank not grocery !!!!!
Every time I want to open MashreqUAE to use its services I need to carefully cancel all notifications. It's not professional way to get the customer attention..👎🏻

Thanks for the update. Now it is much more stable.

- A month and half after verification and account is yet not activated

- called multiple times and they take FOREVER to pick up, on a paid number mind you.

- every time they said “we’ll bump your request for the debit card up”, then nothing.

Just gonna take my money elsewhere, would not recommend.

I cant believe this is an app which a bank like Mashreq created 😒 like you have no enough money to spend on a better tech company .
To activate it go to ATM then whyyyy i should download it ?????? Bad bad baddd

Hi app worked fine when I was dxb but MashreqUAE on iPad is not updated outside UAE. Why is this I can’t pay my bills in uae

I tried to transfer money to a non-Mashreq beneficiary from my list and the transfer was rejected. It asked me to enter a 'purpose of payment.' There is no option in your iPhone app to enter purpose of payment, and that's why the transfer does not go through. Please fix it!

I have been using MashreqUAE for a while now and since the update on the 3rd of October, it doesn't load up,
I get 3 alerts which I reject (location, Siri and notifications). Then it goes to the loading screen showing that it takes longer than normal, then simply hangs!
If you creat or update an App make sure it works, test it, test it and test it again!
Very poor quality as usual from this bank!
You don't make possible, you make it impossible!

I'm sure that whomever developed MashreqUAE for you can share reports of potentially how many less users have used it since the update, so pay attention to yours customers and maybe just maybe you will get some loyalty.
