When I tried to use my Santander banking app on my ipad today (21/7/22), it suggested I should update. But when I tried to download it it wouldn't because it needs the ipad to be running IOS 13, and my ipad is IOS 12.5.5. But it said I could download the old app. However when I tried it wouldn't. So I'm now stuck between the new app I can't use and the old app I can't access.
