How to fix HotelTonight app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the HotelTonight app on iPhone
Update HotelTonight app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall HotelTonight iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix HotelTonight on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve HotelTonight network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

HotelTonight Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix HotelTonight not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the HotelTonight App
1. On android, goto Settings » HotelTonight » click [Force Stop]

Update HotelTonight to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear HotelTonight App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » HotelTonight » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart HotelTonight.

Fix HotelTonight unable to contact server/ HotelTonight internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click HotelTonight » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto HotelTonight » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
