Only useable for checking balance

I have a Citibank account in Australia and the USA. CitiAU does not allow for transfers from my Australian account to my USA account. Really frustrated that this functionality doesn't work. Please fix!

Somehow this app never works

Frequently when I open CitiAU, I get a message that something has gone wrong and I should try again later. For a bank with no brick and mortar stores with in person customer service, I had higher expectations for its online services.

Out of sync

I see differences in my account balances when I check my account online versus on mobile app. Citi also seems to have INCONSISTENT timeframes of when deposits show up from other banks.

Horrible App

App doesn’t even recognize my card so I cannot activate it. It is very limited and far less functional in comparison to other banks. My suggestion is to use another bank altogether. Avoid $hitibank!

What have you done?

The previous version worked well. However, the current version just does not work at all. Cannot generate OTP, what is the point of this upgrade? Very disappointed and I am felling so inconvenient! Please solve the issue.

Bring Back the old interface & navigation/control

Bring Back the old interface & navigation/control just like the mobile banking Side panel. It was convenient. The new interface is limited with its use.

This item is no longer available

Old app commands an update, which then tells me is no longer available .... 🤔 and I can access old app as it tells me to update and closes down if I select later. Not very helpful Jan .....

Garbage

Touch ID and OTP can only be set up for one device. OTP is unreliable and can lock you out of your account if it fails, causing you to have to call them to be able to log in again. Customer service is useless. Bank elsewhere.

No paste on password

I use strong passwords and CitiAU prevents pasting passwords. I don't have time to type it. You'd think a strong passwords would be Good thing.

I'm sure they'll argue "security", but their website allows pasting so clearly there is internal disagreement about clipboard security.

Instant delete for sucking at user experience.

No pasting password

I use a password manager like 1password because I like strong passwords. CitiAU does not allow me to use those strong passwords without having to slowly type them out and go back and forth.

Preventing good security practitioners instead of promoting good practices

Troy at HaveIBeenPwned has talked about the poor form this is.

Not functional!

Citibank is now requiring an OTP for transfers between accounts. CitiAU was supposed to help make that happen. No OTP sent, despite multiple tries, help searches, etc. And because all this has eaten up two hours+, I've had to re-login multiple times. Just wrote requesting help and response was "2-3 days". I need to do my transfer today, so I'll have to call Oz from the US ($$$) to try to get ahold of a human. Very annoying!!!

It’s horrible

This is so illogical and so far behind. Non intuitive.

So bad.

Incredibly slow, outdated, bad UX, OTPs won’t send internationally. Basically unusable. Why didn’t you just use the same company that designed and developed the US app? No idea how CitiAU has 4.6 stars at time of writing.

App is way better, but still has its oddities

App is getting better, but still has some ways to go.

app freezes when switching between views. Exit app and return, viola, it loads.

Please update Touch ID support!

No Support

When CitiAU works, it works pretty well. When it doesn't (which happens), getting support awful!

Multiple phone conversations. Long times on hold. Many "I apologise . . .". But no one can help!

Face id works

I complained few days ago about not supporting face id but was able to set it up when I logged in CitiAU yesterday. But there surely is no menu I can set it up in settings

Too simple

Can't view your own account numbers which is necessary to know when depositing at a NAB branch.
Also CitiAU seems to require typing (and not pasting) a password - making it difficult to use a strong password.

When it works I'd give it 5 stars

Just don't try and transfer to any other bank other than your own savings. It can't handle more than that.

Face ID problems

Cannot setup Face ID because you can’t press the Enable button on iPhoneXR.

No mobile check deposit!

How can they not have a mobile check deposit yet! Please make this happen.
