How to fix Skyla app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Skyla app on iPhone
Update Skyla app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Skyla iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Skyla on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Skyla network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Skyla app issues:

Force Stop the Skyla App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Skyla app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Skyla to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Skyla App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Skyla app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Skyla.

Fix Skyla unable to contact server/ Skyla internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Skyla » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Skyla » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Skyla on android.
