For some reason you app isn’t allowing me to login. When I put my password in, it says that it isn’t in the correct format. I need y’all to fix this, so I can go back to checking my account, without having to go to the website. Also, can y’all make it so that when I open Skyla , the screen doesn’t go to a blank white screen? Thanks in advance.

I love this bank! And the banking app it helps me to keep my funds in order. With a quick glance I can see all transactions! And pending items.

Only down side is the pending items take to long at times. Other than that I love it !

I need to be able to see my account numbers and their respective touring numbers within Skyla . Add that feature and I'll rate it 5 stars.

The mobile app works efficiently and has most of the features I use. I would like to have member to member transfers. I’ve been using CashApp because it’s quick and convenient.

Stay away from this Credit Union unless you like doing business only between 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday thru Friday! Horrible customer service! Something happens over the weekend, your account locked, with no access till 8:00am or later that Monday. The worst customer service ever!! If you like bad service, 8 to 5 hours, and no fraud protection, this is your "bank".

Skyla doesn’t let me login. It just keeps loading until I close Skyla .

There is no option to report a technical issue from Skyla .

It also looks like I am able to see my routing number from Skyla before logging in.

Need to add the ability to make transfers to and from external accounts. You can do it on the website, why not Skyla ?

I did not have this many problems AT ALL when my app was Premiere FCU. My login information continues to disappear and I have to delete Skyla and reload it… Attempting to reload it now and it won’t even load

Skyla no longer works. It keeps asking me to try later. This has been the status for three months. The website works.
Next step involves deleting Skyla .

After having Skyla for years I’m currently unable to access it on my iPhone. I encounter a message stating “ Skyla version requires the MFM middleware. Please configure this URL to proceed with login”. I have the most current version of Skyla installed.

It is a good app. Has all the basic functions of a banking app. I would like to see them add the Touch ID feature. However the search for locations needs to be improved. When searching you only get the results for a one block radius. This is pointless because you cannot zoom out on the search results. Therefore unless you can literally see a branch out of your window you are not able to find one on Skyla . This must be improved.

Skyla will not allow me to setup a payment to my CMCU credit card from my outside bank. Which makes it relatively pointless for me to have. Please add this feature.

My banking app has locked me out for 3 months now and I have no idea what's going on. I can log in just fine on the internet, but I am user locked out now. HELP!

Everytime i sign on it says cannot get files or to many attempts login on old files or whatever this is so messed up its been down since thursday can yall pleaseeee fix this asap

I go to put into my login information and there you go... it won’t let me log in. It takes forever on the website. It was instant with Skyla ? What’s wrong?

Even after changing the password, Skyla keeps you lockout. What an horrible App!

Ever since the last update due to the merger I cannot access my account no more. All I get is a USERPASS LOCKOUT error.

App doesn’t work! I’m so tired of the whole company at this point.
