Worst Credit Union Ever!!

Stay away from this Credit Union unless you like doing business only between 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday thru Friday! Horrible customer service! Something happens over the weekend, your account locked, with no access till 8:00am or later that Monday. The worst customer service ever!! If you like bad service, 8 to 5 hours, and no fraud protection, this is your "bank".

Doesn’t work

The app doesn’t let me login. It just keeps loading until I close the app. There is no option to report a technical issue from the app. It also looks like I am able to see my routing number from the app before logging in.

Terrible

I did not have this many problems AT ALL when my app was Premiere FCU. My login information continues to disappear and I have to delete the app and reload it… Attempting to reload it now and it won’t even load
