Force Stop the RMV App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click RMV app. » click "Force Stop".

Update RMV to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear RMV App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "RMV app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch RMV.

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click RMV » "Force Stop".
