Absolute disaster of an app

This is a local public transit app that makes it harder to buy a bus ticket than booking an international flight. There is unnecessarily too many security layers. You cannot pay with a bank or credit card only with direct debit or PayPal. So if you don’t have a German bank account forget about using this app. Crashes regularly. After update it informed me that it is migrating to a new Sepa payment system. After accepting terms it just states an error so I can’t buy a ticket.

This app does work ok in general. It is , however, most annoying that it is not possible to buy a Regio or S-Bahn ticket ahead of time and store it in the wallet. Maybe the powers that can make this happen should check out the Bundesbahn app where this is working flawlessly.
Another issue (not so important but for myself) is that only a German Handynummer is accepted. My US number wo t work for sending me PIN number. The DB app has no problem with that, either.
