6.7.23 Since Max has taken over Discovery. I am locked out of all new programming on HGTV even though I am streaming on an Android tablet directly from my cable company where I am paying to receive HGTV.

The last 48 hours the HGTV GO app freezes on blank screen on loading. It locks up the whole Roku and I have to reboot each time. I logged in on my Direct TV account

error 403, something went wrong, try again error message. cannot play the free videos. last time it worked was last nite. uninstalled and reinstallED HGTV TO GO APP . made no difference. rest advertising identifier in settings. made no difference, sparklight is the linked tv provider. first time had a problem like this. it has been working fine until now.

I have tried to see programing on one Amazon Firestick but it says the program is not available. This has been going on for 3 days. I have deleted the app, reinstalled the app, shut the power off for several hours on the firestick with no luck. It works fine with my ROKU TV and on our other firestick, and on our computer. I have Xfinity service at our main residence. What can I do to remedy the situation? It's frustrating.

The ads play fine but when it's time to go back to a show the circle appears, it rotates, but won't go back to the show. The show only plays for 3 minutes before a commercial. Watching Deadliest Catch
