Not loading

For about two weeks NO games are available on the MLB.tv app.

mlb app freezes during commercials or gives me error for blackout restriction's i am using the NVidia shield android box i have 2 and the issues appear on both my bandwidth is 500 down and 20 up all other apps i use work perfectly this has been on going for over a year now totally frustrated Dennis

Games wouldn’t load. I deleted app (kept subscription) and re-downloaded the app. Now when I open the app, the I tri screen with the World Series trophy appears, but nothing else ever happens. I can’t log in, scroll, or see anything else.

App has no updated standings...still shows end of.last years stats. I've reinstalled...updated...everything. it gives me current scores but the standings are from last year. Help!

When the game goes to commercial break the screen freezes and never comes back from the commercial. I manually skip ahead a little bit and the game resumes. Does this at every commercial break. Been doing this for at least two weeks now, every game I watch. Also, not every game but often, maybe every other game, in the late innings, the game starts over from the beginning. Most games I watch are from the archives. I would cancel my subscription if I could get my money back. Very pour quality, I will not buy again. Also why did I get charged $149.99 when the site says it's 129.99!! Not cool.

I subscribed to the Twins but it will only give me Philadelphia. Says I'm not authorized for the Twins

Broadcast won’t auto-restart after inning break: (Device:iPad Air (4th gen) iPadOS 16.4) Goes to ‘inning break’ (screen black, no commercial, sometimes freezes for a moment on a frame from the broadcast) Next half inning won’t auto-restart. I have to navigate back to the list of games, click on my game, choose feed, every time.

MLB commercials come through LOUD and clear but the broadcast has issues. Occasional breaks and garble. Very annoying. I have good internet and wifi. Streaming the game on my Rolu no problem.

We have a paid account and it says error when we login to watch on our tv. Access is good for my phone but not my tv. Have not watched a game in a couple of weeks. Help!! MLB Mom

Whenever I try to watch a game recap the video tries to load and the app crashes bringing me to my Home Screen. Happens on my iPhone and iPad.

Start a game on my firestck 4k and after a few seconds the man.tv app exits. Internet connection is strong. Tried re-installing but issue continues.

My feed is slow....I am always behind...picture freezes/buffers or whatever. I use my phone and chromecast to the TV. My download speed is 75 mbps...is it the app that is slow or my chromecast?

Anyone having audio issues on iPhone app with no live games. Just go forward one day. All the live feeds are on the NEXT day in the calendar. Don’t know why. Been like that for days now.

I’m using iphone 13- trying to listen to audio of games tonight July 2 but when i select audio for the game i want to listen to it only shows games archived games for the preceding day's games. This had been happening all week. I deleted and reinstalled the app and rebooted the phone with no change.

Audio is only playing archived games. Can't listen to live feeds!

MLB app will not download. I have a paid subscription which works on TV and computer but can't watch on my phone - I have missed more than a month of the season. Paid fir full season but only going to get about half. On the phone - 2 x fir over 2 hours - they can't fix!!! CANCELLED FOR NEXT YEAR!!!

Audio only playing archived games from the day before. Can’t listen to live for whatever reason.

The audio section on the iPhone app offers yesterday’s games even when today’s game is live. The iPad version works fine.

I am not getting the game being played on the day. I keep getting switched to the day before feed. basically a recording of a previous game. It is so strange. I can't even explain it.

I always check stats on the MLB app. Recently, the pictures of players have been frequently not matching up with the actual player on the stat leaderboard. Not sure if it’s just me having this issue but it’s somewhat of an annoyance. Thanks

Tge app will not load on my iPad. Not sure what has changed.

When a game is live the app will not let me start the game from the beginning like previous years even though I click on show game from beginning. I have to manually rewind the game by pressing back button on remote by doing this it shows the score thus ruing the game. Why? It never did this in my six years subscribing. Also it doesn’t show box score anymore. If these are new features they are not good.

I have been an MLB.TV fan for >10 years, and MLB Audio fan for at least 8 years. I receive "Error fetching team schedule" with RETRY option with this year's MLB Audio program, every time I try to hear a Cleveland Guardians game. No schedule or standings or radio stations are provided. I have contacted MLB.com online and by phone 3 times since the 2022 season started, with no success. I have read everything I can find online to fix this problem, to no avail. I have no apparent choice but to buy my way into WTAM radio Cleveland and pay yet another monthly fee, to listen to Guardian games. If you know what else I can do, please advise. Thank-you, Bob

When I try to open MLB App on my Android phone, all I get are wave lines going across the screen. This has been happening for a few days. Also, prior to my app not working on my Android phone (Google Pixel 4a) I had been only allowed to get audio without watching gameday as well or I can get gameday without audio. Please help me solve this difficulty. Prior to a week ago or so, the app worked fine.

My app doesn't show scores or any games on audio. I've been having this problem for 2 weeks now. I've called MLB for help with no luck. How do I get this working properly?

When I try to listen to audio, it fails to connect. I have been having this problem for almost a week. I contacted customer support and they assured me a product supervisor would contact me with 24-48 hours. It has been longer than 48 hours and no one has contacted me and I'm still having the problem. Very frustrating and very poor customer support!

MLB app on Roku keeps crashing with "network error" message. This happens multiple times every game watched for the last 1-2 weeks.

MLB app is frustrating. I have been trying for 24 hours to exchange tickets To the rained out Yankees game on may 6. Your app keeps saying there are no tickets. The amazing part is it says there are no seats for the whole season. Fix it!!!

Yesterday I had the 2021 MLB app on my S10. Yesterday I was able to listen to games through Android Auto in my truck. Last night I uninstalled 2021and reinstalled the 2022 MLB app from Play Store. Today MLB app is not recognized by Android Auto. I need to be able to listen to the games in my truck. Suggestions??

My ps4 has been glitching and freezing. It’s causing the entire ps4 to crash and shut down.
