Am locked out of many of the shows

On the screen while watching TV it's always got the spinning spiral and says loading.

Cannot watch shows I used to be able to watch. Now showing as locked and not part of my network. I am logged in through dish. I still get TLC on my tv so I know that it is still part of my network.

I am logged in with dish my tv provider with TLCGo and everything is locked. I’ve deleted the app, signed out of my account and everything! What can I do to be able to watch all my of my shows

All the shows that I watch on TLC App are locked and say that it is not on my package. I watch it on TV though. This is crazy. I even deleted the app and reloaded, it didn’t help.

All of the shows I like are locked and it says it’s not in my TV package, but I can watch it on my TV.

I am a dish customer and have had no issue until now. Content shows as locked even though I watch regularly and the discovery go help states it isn’t available.

im through dish and i downloaded the app to watch my shows i watch on tlc and it was doing good unitl the other day and now all the shows i was watching was locked and i dont know how to fix it back where i watch them. i have tryed to logout and try to log in again and it wont work. please help.

The audio is out of sync.

I have several apps like disney, and HBO that does not play any of their content, it is only buffering. some apps are shutting down after approximately 5 minutes. Have had my TV for a year now, and it's just getting worst.

While attempting to watch shows are your app it will play for a bit and then just take me back to the home screen. This also happens while watching from the OWN app. It's very frustrating!!!!!

App buffers every couple minutes over and over again. Most annoying thing ever

This is by far the worst app on the fire stick. Only watching it because these shows are not available anywhere else. The app often won't start, instead I get the red screen of death or endless buffering like someone else said. Also sometimes it will crash in the middle of an episode and I have to load it again, but then it starts from a different point than where I left off. TLC is merging with Discovery so I'm guessing they laid off a bunch of people. Probably nothing will change with this crap app until that merger is complete.

After clickinG on the TLC go app on my tv it goes completely black - it's been doing it for a week now. I really miss my shows!!!

The app never had any problems until a couple months ago. The shows only play for about 10 minutes then it freezes and starts buffering. And it never stops buffering. I mean even if u leave it on for hours. Something is wrong with your guys's app. I reset my tv, reinstalled the app, and nothing works. And this is the only app that does this. I have never had an issue with any of my other apps. So something is wrong with your tlc app. Please fix if you want to continue to have viewers. I have not been able to watch any show in months. Thanks.

I have the app on xbox one. It plays for maybe 5 minutes then goes into infinite buffering. Doesn't matter what time of day, the app NEVER works for any significant length of time.

Goes to commercial and then just starts at a point i have already watched. Why doesn't it pick up where I left off? It is so annoying

If the TLC app doesn’t stop buffering every 2 seconds, I’m going to go postal - this just started about a week ago

Attempted watching TLC Go on Roku. I am able to view maybe 15 min of a program then is interrupted by a commercial. TLC Go will not advance past the commercial so when it ends, the program starts at a random point that I have already viewed. Will not allow me to fast forward. So you cannot watch any programming because the commercials trigger a loop. I updated and reinstalled the app...did not fix issue.

Channel keeps dragging

I’m watching TLC go on my TV through my Xbox 1 and every time I’m trying to watch a Episode it’ll let me watch about five minutes and then it’ll keep saying error but everything else is working fine. Please fix this issue or can someone help me make it stop ??

Hello, I'm watching my show on the tlc go app but every time I stop using the app and start it back up it starts me at a random point of the episode, what's worse when I try to fast forward it only shows me ads and returns me even further back on where I was on the episode im not sure what to do, thank you.
