I have a problem with Yidio

- When I put a movie to my watchlist it doesn’t go there

- Don’t know what to press when trying to watch shows

- Glitch where episodes are checked off as watched when they haven't been

- Signs up for paid version with 7 day free trial every time app is opened

- Very shady and untrustworthy

On the new iOS, v 3.4.89 I mostly get the waiting wheel, then network error

To resolve Yidio network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Yidio App
1. On android, goto Settings » Yidio » click [Force Stop]

Clear Yidio App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Yidio » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Yidio.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Yidio » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Yidio » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Yidio
