Note: When attempting to connect through my Mac browser (regardless of browser) it tells me to clear my cache and try again. I have cleared my cache...multiple times. That is not the problem.
The Xfinity Streaming app has not worked on my iPhone, iPad, or even in my browser on my MacBook Pro (Safari, Firefox, or Chrome) for a couple of weeks now. What do I need to do?
