Very difficult to use to open a new bank account:
1. It provides options in the drop down menu which is not accepted by the application status without any notes/ remarks - if I choose option A and then the application would fail, then please do not make option A an available choice
2. I cannot find my company industry, which is PR (lol)
3. I switched my phone window to look for my company phone number and when I switched back the application was lost and I had to re-start all over again
4. It sends SMS notifs about half-done applications but without any links to trace back - even if I entered the same application #, it said the # was invalid
3. It took ages to capture my ID... and never succeeded
4. I had to go to an offline branch to do this which makes the online process a complete failure and much of frustration (especially when compared to virtual banks such as ZA)

Every time I open CitibankHK , it gives me a message to upgrade CitibankHK , but there is no upgrade available on App Store.

Nothing works in CitibankHK - can not transfer money, cannot FPS.

It is ridiculous.

Global transfers to Citibank accounts overseas no longer working with the new update. Requests additional information (Fedwire) that wasn’t needed before. Online version still works properly.

Won’t scan. Of course CitibankHK won’t tell you this, only when you come to the branch they will tell you that you were daft to use CitibankHK and online application with new format ID.

Used to be way better. Now it doesn’t work half the time and the error messages give absolutely zero real information.

Did someone even test CitibankHK before open to public, it is not working, asking for Application ID or not being able to continue. As a new user, where to get Application ID?

Latest updated killed CitibankHK for me. Home/Start screen doesn’t load anymore. Can’t see my balances etc. such basic functionality not working.

Shoddy dev work. Cannot even log in anymore.

The design of CitibankHK is bad. I have no option but to have a zodiac sign on it. And CitibankHK gets slower keep having news showing up. I strongly recommend the developer please put away all the useless functions. There useless functions got me deleted CitibankHK.

1. Foreign currency exchange sometimes does not work properly,say some wrong
2. Can’t see banking statement and advice
3.CitibankHK does not run smoothly

Generally work relatively smooth but the Touch ID login almost always fails for a few times before it would log me in and this is a problems that persists.

When you choose U.S.A. as my mail address,why you missed the state of Washington ? Do you clear how many states total in USA ?

Can’t see foreign currency detail information

Can’t find where to download statement, how to view full account number. FAQ search also felt limiting on items showing up, makes it hard to seek help. The rest of CitibankHK is fine and mostly intuitive.

… Too much hassle compared to other apps/banks.

Gold = best APAC experience.

Payments, ease of funds transfer around the world. Truly global bank at work, at its best!
