- Cannot use practice number because Doximity only allows one person to use each unique call out number
- Residency navigator section has a drop-down at the top of the screen that sometimes does not appear, making it impossible to navigate to another specialty
Using doctor-provided doximity link on Android Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G. Also have Verizon 5G Home Wireless Internet cube in same room as doctors video chat. Previously have NOT had any connection problems, but twice in last 3 months have had connection issues . When initiating link, Chrome suddenly displays "No Internet" and the dinosaur icon. It retries the connection, occasionally linking for a few seconds - I can see pic of doctor and smaller pic of me - then displays "No Connection" again. Irritating!!! Doctor does NOT get paid for the television if this Doximity doesn't work. I have powered off phone, cleaned junk files (CCleaner), freed up storage space - still "No Connection". Please HELP!
Cannot open Doximity app
The home page just shows scrolling icons/services. I can’t click on them. I can’t get to my fax.
Dialer disconnects after 90 seconds during voice call. Has happened with every call over the last 2 months despite phone, app, software updates. Can't use app to call for conversations
My phone won't allow microphone or sound to work no matter when I allow, when doximity call comes in.
Fax not working
I can't open the topics on my Doximity email.
My app keeps crashing even though I e reset my phone, a Pixel 6.
