I AM ABLE TO OPEN MY APP AND OBTAIN LABS, I CAN NOT OPEN HEALTH REPORTS ON MOBILE, LAP AND DESK TOP IT TIMES OUT. I NEED ACCESS FOR PROOF OF HOSPITALIZATION FOR MY INSURANCE FOR CRITICAL CARE CLAIMS.
