Server error constantly, can't view anything past main screen after login. Can't open letters, results, etc.

Cannot add MyMercy account to Apple Health. I get a message stating unable to connect, try adding account later. Why?
When I click on the app it just gives me a blank screen, I deleted the app and reloaded it but the problem is still there, what is the way to fix this issue.
I have an iPad gen 9. When I try to open app I get a pop up window asking if I want to stay here or continue. Continue takes you to the website. If I select stay here all I get is a blank screen.

When I type a message to Dr. Link's nurse, Clair and click on "send" on the bottom right corner of the screen, nothing happens
My mercy app and on line tells me server not working. Also its telling me several of my drugs can't be ordered thru mercy. I've been Ordering for years. Plavix generic brand must be taken daily.
