Server error message when trying to see lab results and contact with doctors. I am using a newer android Phone

Cannot add MyMercy account to Apple Health. I get a message stating unable to connect, try adding account later. Why?

When I click on the app it just gives me a blank screen, I deleted the app and reloaded it but the problem is still there, what is the way to fix this issue.

I have an iPad gen 9. When I try to open app I get a pop up window asking if I want to stay here or continue. Continue takes you to the website. If I select stay here all I get is a blank screen.

I'm attempting to create my account and it won't let me past the password/secure your account menu.

App won’t load. Screen is blank after giving me some sort of website link and asking if I want to go there.

I have tried numerous times to get registered with mymercy. I just cannot accomplish this. I had a procedure on Monday, and I have a question for my doctor's staff and can't get through. Very frustrating.

#1 App does not update new insurance information. #2 On iPad, app sends me out to an internet site. Info is there…but not same as app on iPhone. Can iPad be synced to iPhone app?

I can’t send a message to my Dr. Why. Will not send.

Multiple internal server errors. Can not access message function to upload documents for my doctor.

constantly says" internal server error " what can I do?

When I type a message to Dr. Link's nurse, Clair and click on "send" on the bottom right corner of the screen, nothing happens

My mercy app and on line tells me server not working. Also its telling me several of my drugs can't be ordered thru mercy. I've been Ordering for years. Plavix generic brand must be taken daily.
