VN Video Editor Status

I had paid the subscription amount but I haven't using the effect in video.I show the video with effects in vn master. But when I did exported after that I checked in Gellar after exported no effects shown in video.How did it possible.I paid the amount for effects only.If after payment I can't use it's totally worthless. Your company cheat me.Please resolve the problem and call me

My projects won’t load when I click on them but when the ‘processing’ screen pops up it won’t load past 50%

It didn't take new projects ..

When i am trying to reverse video getting error i have uninstalled the app and installed again but not working

On Android 12 on Moto g Stylus 5g. After about a week, saved projects drop all music previously added from my library. Love the App, but having to go back and re-add the music makes it unuseable.

You have to have an account set up with VN, login and then export. For some reason this worked for me when I did these steps. Previously it kept saying failed export , after I logged in it worked.

I have edit a video in the app but while expoting it shows only upto 46% after that exporting has been pauses , while other video of mine are exporting very well not not a particular one

I just used more than 30 hours to edit my video and now when I export the video, It's black screened from middle of video to the end of video. I for real feel bad cause I used so many hours for this video. Please if someone knows how to fix this, please contact me or tell it here i really need helpneed help

Hello. My video clips are very briefly interrupted at times. Sometimes this skipping happens about once a second for the entire clip. The originals do not have this flaw. I am using an ipad pro. Thanks.

I’ve been using VN for about a year and it just asked me to change my settings to allow access to photos out of the blue but when I go to my settings it doesn’t show that as an option

It's not exporting and everytime I open my edited video it's processing ... I need to upload it asap i really need help please

Majority of my videos are loading quite dark, it almost looks like a filter, but then a couple will still be their normal colour. I haven’t changed any settings and it will do it in a new project even if I only load in one video.
