Virgin Atlantic Status

I have tried booking flights several times today after getting all the way to putting in CC info. Earlier I got an error message, this evening it's just booting me back to the beginning of picking flight times - cities, dates, passengers are already loaded in.

Fly Ready App won't let me in to complete details. There are 9 in the party. It its working for an alternative booking and different party on same day.

App crashes ! Cannot access my details G012 - flight in less than a week

Issue 1) cannot log in to my booking online as the page only lets you half enter information before freezing and crashing. Issue 2) app won’t let me register for flying club - GO12 error message every time.

Tried to log into shops away - says no account found. Can log into account with same details. Trying to add accounts for my children. Each times says error try again later. Have tried multiple times over two weeks and still doesn’t work.

Trying to join Flying Club using App - GO12 error message at the end when you try to submit the details. Tried it on a laptop through the web site - also got error message saying unable to process request. if you Google it, you can find reports of this problem back as far as 2013!

App crashes within seconds of opening! Tried restarting my phone, updating iOS, and uninstalling the app. Still no joy. Flight in less than a week and would love to use the digital passes but worried the app won’t work!

The app on my iPhone 12 will not initiate its crashes and closes and has done for 4days now

No Points flights available for my flight 3 months out, so my masses of Points are the same value as monopoly money to me,and now no access to the app all day! What have i done getting into this trap of yours.

G012 error on the Atlantic app, need to find my booking etc. Been trying for about a week with the same error message each time.

Wow! Just seen the list of potential solutions to problems with this app! A pretty clear indication of just how useless it must be!!

Just signing up for credit card app. Go12 error comes up. With “OK”. No it’s not OK. A pretty bad start to a financial relationship if they can’t even get me started!!
