I have signed into the privacy section to limit my information being sent to advertisers. I live in Florida however when I go into the States area it only lists 6 states and there is no Florida!!

My wife booked us onto a cruise in Nov 24. As she's not particularly techno-friendly, I uploaded your app and entered her details onto my app, entered our booking number and started the registration process. We then realised that she also needed an app so I installed it on her phone but on entering the booking details, it simply replicated my app details onto her app. We deleted both apps, left it for a few days, re-installed the app but the same duplicated information appeared. We just want to start again but it wont seem to let us. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
