Will not do anything. Just spins in both website and the app

Can’t log in to look at stuff

Unable to logon using the app on both my iPhone and my iPad. When I click on sign in it says error occurred please try again later. This has been going on for at least 3 weeks now. Please help

I was just fillling out a application for old navy I put down my wrong home state when I tried to correct the screed went blank what can I do

Both times I’ve tried to purchase on app during big sales, it won’t ever let me go check out. It’ll says “Uh oh! Something went wrong.” It doesn’t matter if I get on the computer, do it on my phone, login first, log in after, pay the with PayPal, pay with card, IT WON’T LET ME CHECK OUT. So disappointing.

Cannot add anything to my bag

I’ve been trying to sign into my account on the app for OVER a year now. What the heck is going on. I would have bought so much from ON but I can’t even use the app anymore

App doesn’t work. Click on it, it disappears, every time. It doesn’t load anything. WoW, you need to hire new people !!! When I tried to post this comment it said “to many attempts!” I like your clothes but this is ridiculous...Even on the websites the photos of the items DO NOT LOAD. You really don’t know what you are doing! What you are doing is losing a LOT of SALES!!! I feel sorry for whoever owns OLD NAVY!

I cant log in on old navy app and just keeps spinning

Not able to add jeans or pants to my cart, therefore I cannot checkout

Trying to check out and it keeps telling me something went wrong refresh already done that 100 times and nothing

I couldn't update my app so I Uninstalled it and now it won't let me install it back. I've been trying for 3 wks now. It's not my phone because it will let me install other apps. Please help.

Im attempting to checkout an order and it’s telling me something went wrong and asks to refresh. When I refresh the same message keeps popping up. I’m not able to process order and it’s frustrating. I’ve tried a few different times through out the day to see if I was just in bad reception or something
