Same issue as everyone else. Can't login. Receiving email code but any time I enter it I get an error. Have tried force closing. Deleting and redownloading app. Restarting phone. Made sure app and OS are up to date. Nothing. Had issues in the past with signing up for the card. Unfortunately their software is quite buggy
Every time I try to log onto fold I enter the 6 digit code that they sent to my email, it says "Something went wrong Please try again later. I have tried to log on many times over 2 days without any success. Please FIX
anytime i try to login with the app i get to the screen where it asks for the code that was emailed. i enter the emailed code and i get an error message. ive tried re-installing the app a few times but with no luck. so far this sucks
I have an account. I am trying to gain access to my account. I had wanted to get the Fold Card but now I am questioning if I do since I CAN'T ACCESS MY ACCOUNT! When I try to log in it tells me there are issues.
I had a problem with opening the app, had to get a code sent to my email, got that and sent it, opened up okay, but now doesn't allow me to do Daily Spin, screen just goes blank/white when pressing spin icon, top left
The Metaverse game freezes every time I play it and I wouldn’t be surprised if Fold intentionally created a bug to cause this to prevent Sat stacking and earning extra spins. I’ve e-mailed support 3x and each time they claim the game is still in beta. That’s BS.
