2022 US Open Golf Championship Reviews

Why do I have to search 2 folders deep for a leaderboard?? It should be on the first log in screen. And why does the live feed continually freeze, restart, and eventually drop me?? I am on a home WiFi, so it’s not my data plan or cell service either. Disappointment from the USGA. Maybe they would be happier if golf was only enjoyed on AM radio....

Crashes on launch. Trying to reinstall

So there was an update after the tnmt started, but to be fair it works and I like it. Pretty similar to the other tnmt apps. Player stat comparison is cool though

Enjoying 2022USOpenGolfChampionship but not necessarily the choice of players that you have picked to follow.

Why do you even have this player comparison window on the leaderboard as a fixed feature? It takes up too much space and it’s just annoying.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Great app.

Can’t even load score data. Much faster to just google the scores. Not sure what use a golf tournament app is if it can’t even give us basic information about the scores of said tournament

What a terrible representation of the USGA. Bring golf into the present please. Use an established/reliable delivery service instead of trying to roll your own. 2022USOpenGolfChampionship is a joke and USGA should be ashamed of their efforts on this. Please use the masters app as a guide for future efforts.

App is terrible. Someone needs to talk to the Masters people who run their live stream. These livestreams on 2022USOpenGolfChampionship might as well be filmed with an IPhone 1 and put on Facebook Live. Can’t even watch 5 seconds of the livestream without it buffering.

I like 2022USOpenGolfChampionship overall and the price is right, but I am going to the open and evaluating whom to follow on a couple of holes and wanted to see the amateurs, etc. and their profiles to pick one or two to watch. The player profiles feature of 2022USOpenGolfChampionship might as well not be there, though, it is useless. I like the news, assume I will like the live scoring leaderboard, etc. when I am not there on site...good overall, but a 3 because of the poor profiles.

The main page doesn’t even have a leaderboard but contains hours of useless video.

I’ve uninstalled and installed 2022USOpenGolfChampionship many times and still the Live Scoing isn’t working. It’s very frustrating as I would like to follow the action closely.

To think of how far sports apps have come and yet this USGA app is utterly pathetic. It’s as if someone informed the developer they have 48 hours to get an app going, and not 365 days. Technology must be ancient. It’s the Space Invaders of sports apps. 👎🏿

They need to take notes from the Masters app. This doesn’t compare. Don’t waste your time with this. Doesn’t show anything.

Cannot follow shots in real time. It takes forever to refresh and freezes all the time.

Come on it's almost Thursday. Let's get something out there already. Same comment for 2019. Same comment in 2021.

They are the gold standard. It is amazing that in 2021 developers can’t figure out to make an app shift to landscape view. 2022USOpenGolfChampionship is painful.

2022USOpenGolfChampionship opens only in portrait display. Does not re-display in landscape. Deleted immediately.

Absolutely worthless app. Developers should be treated in a very severe, extreme manner. No quarter given.

Great Leaderboard, minimal clutter and you can favorite one or twenty players! The more button opens the door to Shop (made some purchases), Tickets (bought 2021 tickets), and Course info to see each hole’s layout and stats. Overall 2022USOpenGolfChampionship has great UI, easy navigation, and helpful in watching LIVE!!

Going to be a great app to have during the Open! Very user friendly

Tried to order a hat and shirt on iPad app using Amex card. It kept telling me my card info was wrong when I knew it was correct. Then tried ApplePay which links to my Amex card and it would flash the screen to approve and go away before I could respond. Trash!

Please add the ability to make full screen through airplay or an Apple TV app for featured group coverage.

Not bad, but not great. Issues loading videos, which was the only reason I downloaded it in the first place. Leaderboard is quick and up to date, however, to be fair.

This is truly just a scoreboard app. Which honestly I can open my web browser and search the scores if wanted that. None of the video features work, just displays a “retry” on the screen. Absolutely pointless imho. I will be deleting now.

Bummed, this is how I usually watch all of the majors, but I have not been able to stream any video or play any video replays. Deleted app and downloaded again to no avail!

Simple thing in todays world. Fix it

Shot tracker lags way too much, feed quality of the video appears to be non-HD, the graphics department keeps listing the incorrect golfer. How do we get better coverage for the Rocket Mortgage Classic than the US Open?!

Antiquated app with lack of rotation on the screen and every slight touch will turn live stream off. 2022USOpenGolfChampionship is one of the most terrible apps to watch on

Every time I try to watch a video or watch live coverage it gives me a picture of a camera with retry on the bottom. How do I remedy this?

How difficult is it for an app developer to allow for landscape mode on a tablet? USGA needs to watch the Masters on their app and take notes! Disappointed!
