Can’t find the players as they are sorted into groups of singles or doubles, “qualifying” versus already entered.
Found practice schedule under “Venue” instead of schedule. Just not logically laid out.

Hard to navigate. Stuff overlapping everywhere. There are matches that were finished days ago still marked as live so not sure how this is supposed to keep us up to date on the tournamnet

CincinnatiOpen isn’t great. Worse though is it’s administration. The “order of play” is sometimes advanced to the next day while matches are still going on—so during the Evening Session, you can’t see the play schedule unless you saved screen shots.

Results page is an iFrame that doesn’t scroll and you can’t see all the scores! Data issues as well with order of play not displaying properly. #fail.

At the tournament trying to load this silly app. 5 minutes later and 60% downloaded. Why tell people this is the best way to follow action if it’s not ready???.

It’s the day of the finals and the home screen of CincinnatiOpen is still showing a doubles match score from the round of 16 that’s 4 days old? Is anyone at the tournament or app provider paying attention to CincinnatiOpen ? Also, why are tickets to BNP Paribas Open being sold in W&S Open app? Are these legit tickets?

A lot of potential but fails in the execution! No connection or links to listen to the matches through ATP or WTA radio. A decent number of players are missing from the list of players a great example from the 2021 event is Andy Murray (who is playing on Center Court as I write this) and Simona Halep from the Ladies Draw

A modest attempt with serious shortcomings. Results are posted WAY WAY too slowly. And forget about trying to track the live scoring in any single match.
Fine for checking schedules.
Probably best to stick with the website IMO

Yikes! What happened to CincinnatiOpen?? I used it a lot two years ago during the tournament but haven’t logged on in a while (since the tournament was fan-less last year and there wasn’t much to be updated on). Just took a look for the first time in a while since tickets are going on sale for this year’s tournament and CincinnatiOpen is a hot mess. It wasn’t like this two years ago, so was this a choice?!? Please tell me it’ll get fixed before the tournament!!!

Your ad banner across the top of CincinnatiOpen blocks the ability to select your day of play. Move the banner, or extend the days, or just fix the coding so they don’t overlap.

I’ve been going to the tournament for years and CincinnatiOpen has really improved! All tournament essentials can be found in CincinnatiOpen and mobile ticketing seems very easy to use. Excited to use it at the tournament his year!

CincinnatiOpen is a great way to not only purchase tickets but manage and access your tickets. The simple sign in features and ability to transfer tickets to Apple Wallet make is so user friendly! The ticket staff was so helpful when I called in also.

I spoke with some ticket staff members and they walked me through the process of using CincinnatiOpen for my digital tickets. I was apprehensive but they made the process very easy and CincinnatiOpen is great! Very happy the revamped this and can’t wait for the tournament!
