I have used this since it started at Seminole and Sunrise Lanes. There were some rough spots in the beginning. It did not alway record the reward points. It got better but never replaced missing reward points. Recently my 5000 reward points disappeared. My scores are present. Upon questioning what happened I was told by lane management that I have a weird email address and Brunswick deleted my email account in their system. I was told to get a yahoo or gmail account. In the first place if I had a weird email account how having been accumulating reward points, why are my scores recorded? Why does my husband still get reward points using same domain? I wrote email to Brunswick customer service and one to app@ and got no answer. Bad app, bad customer service. Very disappointed.

I got cash points just for signing up!!!! My first 100 game also got me cash points. Unbelievable!!!! I used the WaitList to get in line for a lane and was notified via push notification that our lane was clean and ready to roll. Once we got down there, we all used OpenLaneEatBowlEarn to customize our bowling experience with names and avatars using OpenLaneEatBowlEarn without touching the tablet. That is big in Covid times. So excited what will come next. Food and Beverage ordering? Prepaid reservations? Exciting!!!!

OpenLaneEatBowlEarn is amazing! It’s super simple to use for me and my family. I can join a waitlist at my favorite center, get loyalty points when I play and it keeps all my bowling coupons in one place.
It’s easy to use and I love the look of OpenLaneEatBowlEarn . As a mom, it’s functional and efficient while going to have fun with littles in tow.

I have attempted to use OpenLaneEatBowlEarn to record my score in three different dates. OpenLaneEatBowlEarn only recorded my score the first time.
Even if OpenLaneEatBowlEarn is working and recoding your scores (which it is not) it only stores your scores for 90 days. Why would they not keep your scores for longer?
OpenLaneEatBowlEarn has so much promise but really falls short. It’s kinda like Strava for bowling except it does not always record your score and does not keep the scores long enough.
I wish I could use this to record my average over time and to also be able to see my average over a specified time (like a stocks chart)
Also wish people could record lane conditions and such.

We love open lane. There are six senior citizens who bowl every Wednesday at Woodland and with the VIP reward coupon it enable us to enjoy the game. Thank you very much for your program of providing affordable chance to enjoy bowling. We love this sports.

Love using OpenLaneEatBowlEarn, but make sure your account is completely filled out. That's how I was able to get access to all my center's promotions.

I love how you can easily set up a lane with your friends from your phone. I accidentally marked my friend as “This is me” but can’t delete his scores. I wish you could delete scores and see more stats like average and speed.

This is such a convenient way to see what the centers around me offer, if they have specials, and a great way to interact with others! A great tool for the operators too!

I’ve used OpenLaneEatBowlEarn at multiple centers. It works smooth, QR is fast, and cannot believe there’s an app for bowling! Well done.

Can’t even sign up to use OpenLaneEatBowlEarn . Tried multiple email addresses and even reset the password on one I had somehow already signed up with. Every time I log in it says data is corrupt contact support. This is quite annoying.

OpenLaneEatBowlEarn is terrible. Doesn’t allow you to change everyone’s avatar from your account. Also, I never received my 500 points for downloading OpenLaneEatBowlEarn .

Tried to use OpenLaneEatBowlEarn twice, neither time did it actually record the scores

Simply doesn’t work. Does not track games, does not show stats, the only thing it does is show me a map where my bowling alley is, which is where I was already at. Completely useless app. I think there are some issues the developers need to work on. When that’s done I’ll update the review. I like the design and the intended use but it just doesn’t work.
