UKG Pro Classic Status

Only half of my tiles are appearing on my iPad but it works fine on my phone. The main tiles I need which is the punch tile and the time card tile It’s not showing up and it used to show up all the time until About a month ago

So I’m having no problems of logining in to my UKG pro account but the app is messing up everything I have on there is not all loading I haven’t had any problems past couple days and now this I have tried everything I have rebooted my phone redownload the app I don’t know what else to do

I can log on to the app but when I tap on "TIME, " it kicks me out. The rest of the app is functional. Only the "TIME" module doesn't work. I have the most updated version of the app downloaded.

It looks like something didn't load right. Tap reload to refresh the app. Reload Dismiss Pay Time

I can't log in even though I put in the correct password. Then I reset my password, and I put the correct answers, but the app says wrong answers. I'm so done with the app. Now, it locks me. What can I do now?

I am unable to access my time card on UKG Pro. I receive a message that says, “The network connection prevented some items from loading. Tap reload to try again”. Both internet and data are working.

Can't log in. Followed the printed instructions for HR for my first log in and was never able to get in. Spoke to HR today and they said they registered my email but I've never gotten an email from UKG Pro and my log in credentials still don't work. You have a 1.3 star rating on the play store.

i been having problems logging in to time clock in at work every time the administrator reset the link the new password want except because the security question that i have says invalid so it want let reset my password it's been about three weeks now i need some help with this problem please get back in touch john williams 407- 556- 5763

I am unable to view my time card on UKG pro, there is no option to view it. Many of my coworkers are having the same problem

I'm supposed to have 11 icons when I open the UGK pro app, I only get 7 icons and I can't view my vacation time like my other co workers can amongst other options that they can access, it worked one time with the icons but never again. I have Uninstalled the app but I don't think it completely Uninstaller because the set up took me the the user name and password right away instead of the company access screen when I first installed the app, what can I do to gain full functionality of the app?

Fingerprint login works well and my name appears as it should. Problem is the Punch In/Out tile does not appear. I cannot find this in the menu. I have deleted and re-installed the app once and it seemed to fix the problem. Few days later the same problem returns. This time after deleting and re-install I am not getting a solution to the issue. Have tried full power down restart of the phone with no success.

Unable to login after using apply link

My associates are unable to clock in from their phones. The message that they receive is "Access profile does not allow clock options from your current location"

The Indeed Apply easy application option was turned off in January and has not returned? When will it be back, or do we need to find another ATS provider?

everytime I log in it says error. before this it would log me out by itself while i was doing an onboarding process.

My password would not work and locked me out of the system. I really need my W2 from last year immediately. When i tried to reset my password it wants me to put in a favorite sports team which I do not have. This whole system is a mess any time you go to use it. Then I need customer assistance and apparently this company is only open certain hours which puts me in a bind because the info I need is not available.
