My Davis Drug Guide hasn’t worked in awhile. I click the search bar and everything disappears.

1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Davis's Drug Guide App
1. On android, goto Settings » Davis's Drug Guide » click [Force Stop]

Clear Davis's Drug Guide App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Davis's Drug Guide » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Davis's Drug Guide.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Davis's Drug Guide » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Davis's Drug Guide » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
