Keeps freezing on any sing-a-long options. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling , restarting phone and updating phone and nothing works. I paid the yearly cost so I expect something to work ASAP

Have contacted them three times and they refuse to respond. App will not load. Uninstalled and reinstalled on both devices still won’t work. Disgusted with them
