Nursing student told my classmates
So I purchased this with good faith from nursing students that I knew previously. As soon as I purchased it I was hoping to use it for papers and clinicals. Just to find out that I can even use the app this is very unfortunate I just want my money back or I want the app fixed if you can please get back to me a soon as possible I would greatly appreciate it if not I will go to my financial institution and debate this falsely advertised app.

I have an iPhone and downloaded this app to it. Gave it one star only because I had to give it a star. The app is stuck on a loading screen and will not advance. This is a free trial and I’m not impressed. I have the same book, but with a different app developer and have never had issues. I wanted to try this so I could have access to the website too. The app is useless!

App not working when I got my new phone
My app won’t allow me to log on since getting my new phone. I do have an older version but it worked great for me. When I try to log on it tells me I purchased from the App Store and need to “restore” from there. There is no option to “restore” from the App Store. Looks like I’m out $40.
