Mobile app keeps crashing for the past 3 days. I have sent a few messages to them but no response and obviously the mobile app still isn't fixed.
Android MapMyFitness worked fine on Monday 3/6/23. The next time I tried to use it on Wednesday 3/8/23 it crashed immediately (multiple times). I cleared cache, cleared memory, rebooted phone, but it still crashed. The only time it didn't crash was after I cleared memory and had to log back in - it worked long enough to log in, but crashed once it got past that screen. I noticed that the app updated between 3/6 and 3/8 and I'm quite sure that introduced this problem.
Last 2 days app been crashing or not even open up. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. And it's still doing the same thing. In the last three days people have mentioned it as well in my fit group that i'm a part of
The app crashes within 2 seconds after startup, restarted phone, reinstalled app, still keeps crashing, First time in years,
App won't load. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Worked once. Wouldn't open again. Uninstalled and reinstalled again. Worked once. Doesn't open again.
App crashed. Unexpected errors. No connection. Cleared cache and data, force stopped app, restored phone. My friends are having the same problems with their app as well, so it's not an isolated incident. I logged out and it won't even let me log in. App is completely down.
