The app won’t let me login. I can login on the website but it won’t let me login on the app on my phone, it keeps giving me an error message. I deleted the app and re-download it and it still gives me the same error message.

My app shows on the home screen of my iPad but it does not show in the settings as one of my apps. ALSO, when I try to open the app, it does not open up. It seems to open but then automatically closes by itself. Please can you help. Regards Warren
