I work in a restaurant, and my app, is taking forever to load. It won’t let me even pickup or work different shifts. This has been going on, for a few days, now.
Hot Schedules won't open. I've deleted it and reinstalled several times but no help. Any suggestions?
Many of my employees are having issues with not seeing available shifts/picking up shifts/swapping shifts. One employee cannot view the next weeks schedule on the app.
The website loads forever and wont allow me to access anything. I am on the front page and can see the calendar but when I try and enter staff it says to wait for the page to load. Its been loading for 3 hours and counting...
