App on my iPhone that I have had for years is freezing. App opens and sometimes lets me choose drug and goes to a blank screen and will not let me type in anything. I use for work so please help

my medical app on epocrates is not working. i suspect an ex-employee didn't continue payments. Not sure what the problem is. i use it in my medical practice often. Please help.

When I try to open app it just goes to my Home Screen. I tried deleting the app and re-installing it - still does same thing. I use this app all the time at work! Please help
