Downloaded app and it just opens to the blue screen. Nothing workds.

Cannot get through on website or calling (866) 263-9494 to verify no other health coverage to resume processing health claims for family.
Haven’t been able to log into app for 3 days every time I try it says we’re experiencing technical difficulties. I need to look at a recent claim.
Phone app will not work. Goes to blue screen and remains there.
