Cannot get through on website or calling (866) 263-9494 to verify no other health coverage to resume processing health claims for family.

Force Stop the BCBSM App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click BCBSM app. » click "Force Stop".

1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "BCBSM app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
